Description
Scheepssloperij Nederland (SSN), has been active in ship-dismantling, recycling and scrap processing for over 20 years.
The premises are based in ‘s-Gravendeel close to the Rotterdam harbor area, with a fully licensed ship breaking yard. The yard is designed to deliver the best principles of environmental care and to be compliant with directives and guide-lines for ship breaking in line with the conventions of Basel and Hong-Kong.
Efficient steel and metal recycling with modem scrap processing installations are focused on the quality of chargeable scrap metal, allowed in close cooperation with steel mills and metal smelters. SSN is trying to implement the Cradle-to-Cradle principle in the most efficient way. Equipment suitable for re-use will be dismantled for a second life cycle.
The activities of the company also include wreck removal and salvage services at full sea.
